What we collect
Account details (name, email), child profile details you provide (first name or nickname, birth year, time zone), behavioral metadata produced by Neurocam devices or entered by your care team, goals, clinical notes, reports, and your consent settings. Video and audio are analyzed on your devices and are not uploaded.
How it is used and shared
To provide the Neurocam service to you and to the care-team members you invite. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your child's data for advertising.
Your rights
You can access and export your data, correct profile details, control sharing, set retention, and delete your child's profile at any time from the app.
